Biography
Tony Castrodale is an intern in Consulting Resources, where he supports the firm’s work in creating and delivering timely, detailed, and insightful reporting to clients. He is a graduate student at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, where he is completing his Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies. His experience includes campaign strategy and planning, volunteer management, event strategy, and major gifts strategy.
During the academic year, Tony is the Eugene R. Tempel Fellow at the Lilly Family School and serves as the graduate assistant in the Office of the Dean. Among his contributions, he collaborates with the School’s development team to engage and cultivate principal and major gift prospects, directs the planning for the School’s Higher Education and Philanthropy Initiative, and supports the engagement strategy for the Board of Visitors. Previously, Tony was the Program Director for Campaign Administration at the University of Notre Dame. In this role, he planned and executed premier campaign cultivation events, assisted with the design of the campaign feasibility study, helped craft funding priorities, and partnered with development officers to develop cultivation and solicitation strategies. Tony also reported on campaign progress and managed the campaign operations budget.
Tony completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accountancy from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. As an undergraduate, Tony interned with Notre Dame’s Office of University Relations, The Ohio State University Athletics Development team, and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).
Tony earned his Certificate in Fundraising Management from The Fund Raising School at the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and is currently pursuing his Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation.
